Aged in oak barrels for 12 months, with 35% new oak
Tasting notes
Clear and bright colour. The nose is fruity with chocolate notes from oak ageing. The palate is mineral, precise and taut, showing small red berry aromas, with a fine, fleshy finish. A wine of great finesse, to be enjoyed over the next five to seven years.
